I am still fuming about last Saturdays referee, what a joke! He was giving his business card to the club photographer before the match which clearly shows his focus is somewhere else; he definitely shouldn’t ref for us again. Fair play to Palace they did deserve their win but it was a hard match for LCFC as they seemed to playing against Palace and the ref! There were clear fouls and obstructions and a definite penalty that were missed.

Well, now I’ve got that out my system, to the game. Palace were the better team from the start, they had pace and seemed very well organized on the pitch which clearly caused our LCFC boys some trouble. Wilfried Zaha showed a class performance and Palace are the first team, other than Leicester, that look to be worthy promotion candidates. Bearing in mind they were managerless for the game, they must have been delighted with the result. I now hear that they are talking to our old manager (and the current Blackpool manager) Ian Holloway about taking over the vacancy. Blackpool will be gutted, but he has done a fantastic job on a shoestring budget and Palace will now be everyone’s favourite for an automatic promotion slot.

Back to the game, and I can’t take anything away from LCFC who hung in there and nearly nicked a last gasp equalizer. And although they came away with a loss, they get all credit for a terrific run of results so far! And, I am looking forward to seeing their response after a defeat, but other than that massive week for Lcfc, gonna be top of the league after Tuesday night by beating Watford and Bolton away and then smash Forest.

Last  Saturday was a successful day for me, I started at the King Power Stadium looking after some VIP guests from all over the world. I was looking after friends and colleagues or of Thai owners. I also had the pleasure of meeting the American Cheerleaders (it was a tough job, but somebody had to do it!) and I got a great snap of the Cheerleaders, Matt Elliott and myself. It was the highlight of the first half!

Apologies for my Twitter followers who followed my four coupon bets – not even close with one win, two draws and a defeat for my fancied sides. Back to the day job!

If you are reading this blog on Saturday the 3rd November, it’s my birthday! Muzzy had one of his own earlier this week, so why not me but I would rather not say how many years we have between us – could be a competition question I suppose. Also it was my niece Lillians birthday last week hope she had a great day!

Hate to say it, but Christmas is getting closer by the day, but the good news is that I am now starting to plan Christmas events with KKong Events, so if you are wondering what to arrange, have a look at the website and let me know if we can arrange a party to remember! http://www.kkongevents.com/events/christmas-parties-2012
